Usage Instructions

1. Soak your skin
Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin.

2. Prepare the glove
Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water from the glove, leaving the glove slightly damp.<br>

3. Let the fun begin
Move out of the water and exfoliate your skin vigorously using upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. Repeat for each desired area on your body. The more pressure you apply, the better the results. (Redness is normal)

Once you’re done, simply rinse off your skin and glove, wring the glove and let it hang dry. Ensure to stay away from sensitive areas, and avoid any open cuts, active acne, or inflammation.

4. When dry, scrub off the dry and dead skin of your foot with gentle back and forth movements, taking care not to drop your foot file.

5. Rub dry and generously apply your Juicy Peach Body Oil over your entire body and freshly exfoliated skin to give it intense hydration and nourishment.

Recommended Usage:

Glove: Use 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 8-12 weeks.
Foot File: Use once a week and wash after each use.
Body Oil: Use once daily.

    Good! But I wish I got the coarse version

    I bought this as I’ve started experiencing some roughness on my feet, based on the descriptions, and having not used foot files much previously, I thought the sensitive option would be the best place to start as my feet are not anywhere near as dry and cracked as they could be. It works decently well, but I wish there was a little more info between coarse and sensitive - even with someone as sensitive skin, I wish I’d gone for the other version. Great product regardless though :)

    Hello!! I dont usually leave reviews and find most of the products marketed on social media don't work... BUT! Your foot files are actually incredible! I've used everything, the expensive big brands electric files etc and nothing works. But your files are amazing! Just a couple of minutes and my rough feet are baby bum smooth!

    One of the best if not the best foot file

    My feet were hard. I’ve used creams and oils to fix it to no avail. Then I saw the CheekyGlo Foot File hard feet all gone

    Such a Relief to Have Smooth Feet Again!

    I honestly don’t know why I get scratchy, rough heels all the time. I definitely moisturise but this has been a growing problem. I have been wanting to try CheekyGlo for so long and I appreciated that the file had a sensitive option.

    My feet are so smooth after I used this and did the job perfectly! The sensitive version felt nice to use and not rough, it still did the job.
