Overview

At CheekyGlo, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds, returns, and exchanges. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

CheekyGlo will accept a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging and in original, unopened condition.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • The product has not been opened, used, or returned in a damaged state.

We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or has caused an adverse reaction (see Damages & Issues below).

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

  • If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, we will provide store credit to the value of your order.
  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened or used.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with our standard returns conditions above.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Sale items or products purchased at a discounted promotional price.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been opened or used, especially those used on intimate areas (except in cases of fault, damage, or adverse reaction).

Subscriptions

Due to the discounted pricing offered on subscription orders, the following terms apply:

  • No refunds are available on subscription orders cancelled before the completion of the 3-cycle (24-week) subscription period.
  • Subscriptions may only be cancelled after the full subscription cycle has been completed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@cheekyglo.com with your order number so we can assess the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a remedy on the grounds of fault, damage, or adverse skin reaction:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the fault, damage, or reaction.
  • For adverse reactions: evidence must demonstrate the reaction is consistent with product use and is not attributable to a pre-existing condition or concurrent use of other products.
  • The product must have been used as directed.

We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information before approving a remedy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

CheekyGlo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time customers who use our product consistently and in accordance with the instructions provided, and find it does not deliver results.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • This guarantee is available to first-time customers only. It applies to your first order and cannot be claimed on subsequent purchases.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from CheekyGlo.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was received.
  • The product must have been used daily and/or as directed for the full 30-day period.
  • Usage must be documented throughout the 30 days via video. Video documentation must demonstrate consistent daily use and must be submitted as part of your refund request.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund requests submitted without video documentation of daily use will not be approved. This requirement is in place to support customers who have genuinely committed to the product.

How to Submit a Claim

Email hello@cheekyglo.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • Your video documentation of daily product use over 30 days.
  • A brief description of your experience.

Our team will review your submission and respond within 3-5 business days.

Non-Qualifying Claims

The following will not qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee:

  • Requests from customers who have previously purchased from CheekyGlo.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Requests without video documentation of daily use.
  • Cases where the product was not used daily or as directed.
  • Change-of-mind returns where the product has been used.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is our mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as CheekyGlo cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not send any items back until you have received written confirmation and instructions from our team.

Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return or reviewed your claim, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method or issued store credit, depending on the nature of the claim.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country or region. Where local laws provide rights that cannot be contracted out of, those rights continue to apply in full.
