These terms apply to the CheekyGlo 6th Birthday Sale (the "Sale") on cheekyglo.com and sit alongside our standard store policies. By ordering during the Sale, you agree to them.
The Sale runs from 4:00pm AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 until 4:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 6 October 2026, Sydney time (the "Sale Period"). An order's time is the time checkout is completed. 30% off applies to all products except gift cards, Shipping Protection and wholesale products. Sale prices are shown on site and no code is needed. We don't offer price adjustments on orders placed outside the Sale Period.
A gift will be removed from an order before dispatch if:
Removing a gift doesn't change the amount paid, and no refund, credit or substitute is given. We will notify you by email. Separate orders can't be combined to reach a threshold. Where orders appear to have been split, or multiple accounts or addresses used, to obtain extra gifts, we may limit gifts to one set per customer or address. If a cancellation or refund takes an order below a threshold, the related gifts will be removed, or their retail value deducted from the refund if the order has shipped.
All Sale orders are final sale. This does not affect faulty or damaged items: email us within 30 days with a photo or video and we will resolve it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
We may cancel orders or remove gifts where we reasonably suspect fraud, automated ordering or misuse of these terms, and we are not required to honour pricing errors. We may update these terms, or end the offer early if circumstances outside our control require it; this will not affect orders already placed in good faith. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Questions can be sent to hello@cheekyglo.com.
