1. Soak your skin - Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin.
2. Prepare the glove - Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water from the glove, leaving the glove slightly damp.
3. Start scrubbing - Move out of the water and exfoliate your skin vigorously using upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. For best results, apply pressure with the palm of your hands using long, firm strokes. Repeat for each desired area on your body. Redness is normal as you increase blood circulation in the area. Please note: skin peeling depends on skin type and visible peeling results are not guaranteed. Skin will be exfoliated regardless if visible peeling occurs.
Once you’re done, simply rinse off your skin and glove, wring the glove and let it hang dry. Ensure to stay away from sensitive areas, and avoid any open cuts, active acne, or inflammation.

You may have seen some amazing skin peeling on our social media. These are all real results from our customers.
However, skin peeling depends on skin type and visible peeling results are not guaranteed as everyone's skin is different. Skin may be exfoliated regardless if visible peeling occurs. Some people may experience significantly more peeling than others and skin peels may roll off in different colours also.
We do not recommend you to use the CheekyGlo Body Glove on your face. We recommend using our CheekyGlo Silk Exfoliating Face Glove for your face instead!
We recommend replacing your glove every 8-12 weeks to ensure proper hygiene. Hand wash your glove with anti-bacterial soap to extend it's time of use.
If you share your glove with a partner, you may need to replace it sooner rather than later.
You can! Just be sure to avoid areas of active eczema inflammation, weeping/oozing eczema. Be sure to only exfoliate once a week using gentle pressure, to remove all the excess dead skin!
It's best to rehydrate your skin after your exfoliation to reduce the level of dryness seen in your skin. You can try our CheekGlo Juicy Peach Body Oil as an aftercare to your exfoliation routine.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes CheekyGlo to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees CheekyGlo may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods, provided it is necessary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cheekyglo.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Please note: There are often unforeseen delays that may occur where you are. Covid-19 has put a large strain on global delivery services and most services still display Covid-19 delays. Please bear in mind that we can not account for natural disasters, emergencies, etc with our delivery times and please be patient and check your tracking number for updates.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
CheekyGlo does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
99.95% of the times delivery goes smoothly, however there are always bad eggs that pop up. We will work with you to find a solution if there has been a slip up somewhere. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue with you.
If your order includes any pre-order orders, we will ship your entire order once stock has arrived. You will find most estimated restock dates in the product title or description upon purchasing. Once stock has arrived, your order will be prioritised to ship out the next day as your chosen shipping speed.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 2 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 2 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. We aim to pack and fulfill your orders as fast as possible!
If you made a mistake on your checkout process, please contact us ASAP to change your address.
If your order has yet to be fulfilled, we are able to change your address without issues, however, once fulfilled your address will be locked in with our shipping service and will be unchangeable if it is already on it's way.
Please double check your address before checking out to make sure that it is absolutely correct.
Any address that is wrong may result in lost orders or lengthy return to sender cycles. If you make an error in your address and we end up receiving a return to sender, we can ship it back to you provided you pay for new shipping costs.
Due to ongoing challenges with COVID-19. Our preferred delivery partner Australia Post has been facing significant delays with shipping times.
With that in mind, please allow up to an additional 5-10 working days for standard deliveries and 3-5 working days for express delivery. International orders face delays of up to 5-10 working days.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact us with your ORDER NUMBER and TRACKING NUMBER. The most updated tracking information you will receive is from your tracking number.

CheekyGlo will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds to any used personal hygiene products for obvious sanitary and safety reasons.

To speed up the process, please include your order number in the email subject and send us a photo of your order so we can remedy the problem as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or used personal care items for obvious safety and hygiene reasons.
We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
