Do not use on broken, irritated, inflamed, sunburnt, or compromised skin. Exfoliating over cuts, scratches, active irritation, or damaged skin may worsen sensitivity and discomfort. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend using gentle pressure and patch testing first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Warning: freshly exfoliated skin is sensitive and delicate. Refrain from using heavily fragranced products right after as they can cause irritation.

Usage Instructions

1. Soak your skin
Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin.

2. Prepare the glove
Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water from the glove, leaving the glove slightly damp.

3. Let the fun begin
Move out of the water and exfoliate your skin vigorously using upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. Repeat for each desired area on your body. The more pressure you apply, the better the results. (Redness is normal)

Once you’re done, simply rinse off your skin and glove, wring the glove and let it hang dry. Ensure to stay away from sensitive areas, and avoid any open cuts, active acne, or inflammation.

Recommended Usage: Use 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 8-12 weeks.

I have extremely dry skin. That's why I was so excited to get to try the Glow Up Duo from CheekyGlo. Here are my gross dry ankles after using the glove.
The exfoliating glove is a physical exfoliator. All it requires to remove your dead skin cells is a bit of water and some elbow grease. It preps the skin so well for the body oil.
The body oil is my favorite product out of the duo. This oil smells so good, literally like a bowl of peaches. She's more than just a pretty face though.
The oil contains jojoba, peach kernel, and argan oils and vitamin E to hydrate and nourish the skin. Just look at that glow. Definitely try out CheekyGlo products if you want to glow like me.

If you're a fake tan girly like me and want the perfect tan, you have to try out CheekyGlo. We all know if you want a good tan, the skin prep is where it's at. First soak under the water for about 5 minutes, then going in with the glove and back scrubber, we're going to exfoliate away that dead skin and old fake tan, leaving it smoother and clearing any congestion.
You can just see those dead skin cells and tans scrubbing straight off. Then further prepping the skin and shaving our legs. Now we're ready to moisturise with the body oil.
This is going to help replenish hydration. The next day you're ready to fake tan. The proper prep with CheekyGlo, leaving an even and gorgeous glowing tan.

This is how I get perfectly prepped skin for fake tanning with the Cheeky Glo Exfoliating Body Glove. The key to a great tan is to have a fresh base and when you're tanning every week you need to get the old tan off.
