Black Friday Sale T&C's

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Key terms:

  • The Sale runs from 12:00pm Wednesday 4 November 2026 to 12:00pm Monday 30 November 2026 (AEDT), Sydney time.
  • Up to 50% off sitewide. Sale prices are shown on site, so no code is needed.
  • All discount codes are disabled during the Sale.
  • Free standard shipping within Australia on orders of $99 or more.
  • No returns or exchanges on Sale orders.

These terms apply to the CheekyGlo Black Friday Sale (the "Sale") on cheekyglo.com and sit alongside our standard store policies. By ordering during the Sale, you agree to them.

1. Sale Period

The Sale runs from 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 4 November 2026 until 12:00pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026, Sydney time (the "Sale Period"). An order's time is the time checkout is completed. Sale prices apply to all products except gift cards, Shipping Protection and wholesale products. We don't offer price adjustments on orders placed outside the Sale Period.

2. Discount codes

  • All discount codes, promo codes and vouchers are disabled during the Sale Period and can't be used on any product.
  • If a code is applied to an order by any means, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
  • Gift cards are not discount codes and can still be used to pay.

3. Black Friday Exclusive sets

Black Friday Exclusive sets are made in limited numbers and are available while stocks last. Set contents are as shown on each product page at the time of order. These exclusive bundles are listed at 50% off for Black Friday.

4. Shipping

  • Australia: free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Express shipping is charged at the rates shown at checkout.
  • New Zealand, United States and Canada: free standard shipping on orders of AUD $299 or more.
  • Other countries: shipping is charged at the rates shown at checkout.
  • The order value used for free shipping is the value of the products after Sale prices. It excludes Shipping Protection, gift cards, and any taxes or duties added at checkout. Thresholds for other currencies use the converted amount shown at checkout.
  • Please allow up to 2 extra business days for dispatch during the Sale.

5. Returns

There are no returns or exchanges on Sale orders. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 30 days with a photo or video and we will resolve it, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. General

We may cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, automated ordering or misuse of these terms, and we are not required to honour pricing errors. We may update these terms, or end the Sale early if circumstances outside our control require it. This will not affect orders already placed in good faith. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Questions can be sent to hello@cheekyglo.com.
