Usage Instructions

1. Soak your skin
Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin.

2. Prepare the glove
Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water from the glove, leaving the glove slightly damp.<br>

3. Let the fun begin
Move out of the water and exfoliate your skin vigorously using upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. Repeat for each desired area on your body. The more pressure you apply, the better the results. (Redness is normal)

Once you’re done, simply rinse off your skin and glove, wring the glove and let it hang dry. Ensure to stay away from sensitive areas, and avoid any open cuts, active acne, or inflammation.

4. When dry, scrub off the dry and dead skin of your foot with gentle back and forth movements, taking care not to drop your foot file.

5. Rub dry and generously apply your Juicy Peach Body Oil over your entire body and freshly exfoliated skin to give it intense hydration and nourishment.

Recommended Usage:

Glove: Use 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 8-12 weeks.
Foot File: Use once a week and wash after each use.
Body Oil: Use once daily.

    Hello!! I dont usually leave reviews and find most of the products marketed on social media don't work... BUT! Your foot files are actually incredible! I've used everything, the expensive big brands electric files etc and nothing works. But your files are amazing! Just a couple of minutes and my rough feet are baby bum smooth!

    Doesn’t actually work well whatsoever - blunt if anything - I tried it on dry, damp and soaked feet and minimal difference.

    SAFETY HAZARD!!

    First off, I must say I love my foot file which is why I’ve kept it for so long and I tell all my friends about it but something happened today where I felt the need to come and leave my feedback.

    There needs to be a sign or warning label on the product because today I discovered that my boyfriend has been using it to grate our cheese. He said the file smelt like parmesan so he assumed it was for pasta (we eat pasta every week). I cannot even begin to explain why this is such a serious hazard to my health because I’m just imagining all the dead foot skin that i’ve consumed over the past few months. Granted, I do rinse my file after every use but still, YOU NEED A WARNING LABEL ON THIS. My bf said that you should add the words foot file on it so that no one else makes the same mistake that my bf did. I understand that this is not entirely your fault but I had to leave this review to warn other people. BEWARE!!!

    This thing really works

    I've never been so disgusted with my feet before as when I started using the glass foot file! This thing really does what it says it does - it will make your feet soft and get rid of all that dead skin. Be warned, this thing works so well that you don't want to overdo it!!
