Shipping Insurance Policy
At CheekyGlo, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and securely. To give you added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance on all orders.
1. Coverage
Shipping insurance covers your order against any of the following during transit:

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your items are damaged or destroyed during shipping.

Confirmed Theft: If your package is confirmed as stolen after delivery (subject to carrier's investigation and confirmation).
2. Cost of Insurance
Shipping insurance is available at a small additional cost, which may be included in your order during checkout. The cost is calculated based on the value of your order. This is optional and requires you to toggle the insurance button.
3. Claims Process
If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us immediately at hello@cheekyglo.com. We will require the following information to process your claim:

Order number and shipping details

Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

Any relevant carrier documentation (e.g., tracking details, proof of delivery, etc.)
Once we receive your claim, we will investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund for the damaged or lost item(s) within 7 days.
4. Exclusions
Shipping insurance does not cover:

Packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, but not received (e.g., theft). We will investigate with the shipping carrier to provide evidence of theft. If no physical evidence of theft is found such as photos, videos or timestamps then an insurance claim for theft may be declined.

Items that were damaged after delivery, once they have been received by the customer.

Any items not covered under the insurance provider's terms and conditions.
5. Filing a Claim
To file a claim, please contact us at hello@cheekyglo.com. You will be asked to submit the required documents and we will guide you through the claims process.
