1. Soak your skin
Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin.
2. Prepare the face mitt
Wet the mitt and squeeze out excess water from the glove, leaving it slightly damp.
3. Exfoliate
Use gentle circular motions to exfoliate your face, concentrating on areas of congestion (forehead, nose, and chin). Stay away of sensitive areas and ensure to avoid any inflammation, acne, or open wounds. (Redness is normal as you increase blood circulation in the area).
Once you’re done, simply rinse off your skin and mitt. Hang dry in an area with good air flow. Follow with your normal skincare routine.
Recommended Usage: Use 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 8-12 weeks.
